Good location, very close to the beach and lovely views from the garden Good recommendations from hosts for where to go Hosts were friendly

We weren't given a front door key and were locked out on the first night and asked to come back earlier the second night however we felt before midnight was a reasonable time to be entering our accommodation considering we were on holiday There were cats which is lovely for some but it would have been nice to know this before booking as someone with allergies

beautiful tranquil location right next to footpaths to explore the lizard peninsula. really lovely hosts and comfortable rooms.

if I had to say something it would be a little bit more attention to detail with the breakfast.

Wonderful location, beautiful gardens peaceful, picture-perfect views down to the sea. So quiet, idyllic location to watch the sunset, and the hosts were welcoming and attentive. Couldn't ask for a better home for a mini break. Thank you so much 👏👏👏

A little slice of heaven between the sky and the sea. The view from the large glass wall is magic: the beautiful blooming garden descending toward the the lovely cove. The room is large and very comfortable, with pretty furniture: you can feel that every single object in the house has been carefully chosen to create the peaceful and cozy atmosphere. Arabella and John are the best hosts, warm and friendly and generous, and there tips about things to do and see or places to eat are unmissable. The home-made, huge breakfast is a treat.

Everything! The bed was the best! The room so clean and welcoming. The view magic!! Breakfast so tasty!! Kept us full all day. Parking wonderful. Location ideal. And the hosts were some of the warmest people we have ever met! A great place. A great stay. Feel very blessed to have found our way there! ❤️

That we had to leave

Arabella and John were kindness itself - they made whatever breakfast I wanted and at a time that suited my plans for the day. The guest sitting room was cosy and a delight with logs regularly replaced on the fire without having to even ask - I felt thoroughly spoiled, thank you.
