The room was perfectly clean and Kevin was the absolute best host. Breakfast was delicious and the location is close to the airport. Supermarket in walking distance was very convenient. Can highly recommend!

I had a great stay at this hotel! Kevin, was super kind and friendly, he went out of his way to make sure everything was smooth. The room was spotless, and the location is very convenient, close to the airport. Kevin even organized a taxi for me and stayed up late to accommodate my late check-in. Breakfast was good, and the overall experience was excellent. Highly recommend this place!

Perfect place to start/end your Sri Lanka trip. It is only a 15 minute drive from the airport. The room is huge, well equipped, bed is very comfortable. The owner is very kind and helpful, he packed us takeaway breakfast which was perfect before our early flight. The place is only 3 minute away from Negombo Lagoon, perfect to watch the sunset, and 5 minutes from a big supermarket where you can find everything :)

Perfect location for the airport, off the busy main road so nice and quiet, but very close. Modern minimalist room, nice and large with effective air con. Host Kevin is just lovely and organised a tuk tuk for our 6.30 am pick up to get us to the airport. Amazing value for money.
