It’s located conveniently close to the airport, it’s surprisingly quiet, and it’s very comfortable. All in all, a great place to stay for one night in between other travel plans! The host also went out of his way to organize our breakfast at an earlier time because of our travel schedule.

Exceptional value for money. The owner is very nice, the rooms are clean and comfortable, the terrace where you have breakfast is very nice and the breakfast is very good. Recommended.

Western Sky is in a really beautiful neighbourhood in Negombo and very close to the lagoon which is lovely. The hotel itself has very spacious and clean rooms, lovely balconies to enjoy the sun on and is also very close to the airport which was really convenient for flights back home. Our host was very friendly and spoke perfect English, he was also very flexible about getting our breakfast early so we could eat before the flight.

Very friendly staff, made the saty comfortable! Also clean and neat room. The terrace has a nice view and good shade to keep you cool during meals :)
