Great place, massive and even with a small kitchen! Super clean, quiet, comfortable, good shower. I only wish every place in SL was this high quality for this price. It's far away from the tourist strip/beach but in my opinion this is a good thing, it is OK to reach in a tuk tuk though. It's also nearer the airport. There's some local places to eat nearby instead which was far more enjoyable - go buy some rotisserie chicken and BBQ from the lovely guy round the corner if you come out, turn left onto the main road then turn right! It's very close and was nice & fresh. Host is a good guy, enjoyed having a chat with him in the morning at breakfast.

Exactly as in the photos. The service was wonderful, Kevin assisted with an early departure and also arranging a taxi to the airport.

Great Location for overnight near AirPort. Host is great and helpful

The host, Kevin is so friendly and welcoming. He also speaks Italian! The rook is fantastic value for money, it’s large, bright, clean and nicely decorated. There was a fridge in the room and kettle etc and hairdryer you can ask for if needed. We had a nice breakfast on the terrace with fresh fruit and some Sri Lankan specialties as well as toast, jam etc. Kevin stayed with us as we waited for our taxi to the airport and waved us off. Airport was about a 10-15 minute uber drive. There are walkable supermarkets, cafes, hot food places although the main road is very busy so careful crossing! Western sky is set off on a side street and was very peaceful. It was a perfect spot for the night before the airport. A good rest, clean and comfortable.
