"Facilities were clean and you get the B&B experience in the true sense, a bed and a budget breakfast."

Location to the center.

Not ensuite. No pause area or place outside the room to relax. Room uncomfortably small.

The location was brilliant, everywhere was spotlessly clean and comfortable, the perfect hosts and a lovely continental breakfast too. Everything you could want for your stay in Padstow.

There wasn't anything we didn't really like, the only thing I would say is that the bedroom was a little on the small side but the bathroom was plenty big enough and all in all, perfectly adequate.

Karen was very friendly and nice, we were disappointed that a full English breakfast was not included as the google reviews made reference to this, the reason was that our booking was with BOOKINGS DOT COM. However the room was spacious and clean and the bathroom was cleaned every day. Location is perfect and would recommend to stay here.

"Great hidden gem"

Karen was really welcoming and friendly. Great location at the top of the hill with lovely views over the estuary.

Unfortunately prior to our arrival, hubby hurt his back and struggled with the hill walking. This is no reflection on the accommodation as Karen was great, giving him paracetamol and helping me with our luggage, she wouldn’t let him carry anything. :)
