House was situated perfectly for a walk into town Room comfortable but as we chose one of the hottest day of the year room was very warm Perhaps blinds would help to deter sun during day Excellent private modern bathroom next to room With limited car parking in the area it was a bonus to have private off road parking Karen the owner was very welcoming and friendly providing all your needs Breakfast was delicious and accommodated my dietary needs

The owners were warm, friendly and very helpful. The room was lovely and clean and well equipped, and the breakfast superb! Nothing was too much trouble for Karen and we couldn’t have felt more welcome! We fully recommend and will definitely return!

The breakfast was lovely, Karen went above and beyond to help with places to visit the best way to get there. Nothing was too much trouble we would recommend any to visit.
