That there was a bath and also great aircon. The position of the hotel was also quite good too. The price was great.

No washroom products even though it stated there would be some and I didn’t pack any. I didnt feel the need to complain as only there 2 nights.

Very high standard for Palolem, location is great, but you pay the price of Noise!! The staff are great, very helpful!!

WiFi was WEAK .. and I was here for work so it caused an issue! They tried to upgrade it but wasn’t really successful.. next door to a VERY LOUD nightclub .. so don’t expect an early night!! And cockerels wake you up early morning .. so take ear plugs!!!

"Great Accomodation/ high standard but in a VERY NOISEY but central part of town!"

Bed, shower, bathroom and storage were a very high standard for Palolem. Air con worked extremely well too! The staff are excellent!! “Anil” the receptionist/site manager was great and ALWAYS did what he could!! “Ajay” the cleaner/door man etc was also great and ready to help!

I was here for work purpose and need GREAT WIFI! I did ask before I made the booking and they guaranteed me it was HIGH, but I had issues constantly!! The other MASSIVE ISSUE is that there’s a nightclub right next door, so if you want an early night then there’s NO CHANCE!! The base shakes your heart!! I complained to the staff and to the night club it’s self but nothing change! (If the local hotel business don’t shut it down then it WILL affect business!!) Also no proper sleep and getting woke at 4am by the many cockerels in the area .. I never got the sleep I needed!

Location and size of the room

Property did not had hot water. There was no propoer reception where a dedicated staff would seat to hear your complain. Inspite of complaining for no hot water, nothing was done. Dental kit were not provided and we were told that same were not in stock
