We visited Crystal Goa to celebrate my wife’s birthday,To my surprise Mr. RF arranged a lovely dinner for us. Our experience was superb. -Clean Room -Spacious Room -Good Wifi speed - Good service -Good staff

The location of the stay was pretty good,

The room didn't meet the expectations, it had damp odours, no exhaust fan in the washroom,and cockroaches in the room. Amenities of the room needs to be improved. It was difficult to even spend a night here . It is clearly not a value for money stay.

"One of the best stays"

The location is the best and I had one of the best holidays in Goa. its so close to the beach and every staff is helpful. Specially Anil at the reception. He arranged cab for us and two wheeler as well. I would definitely visit again.

Few basic things to improve 1) Ac remote was not working 2) Outlet ac pipe water was dropping in a bucket in balcony and it makes the balcony little dirty 3) No tea/water kettle was provided

We had a comfortable stay at the hotel. - Located within close proximity (approx. 500 mtrs) to the Palolem beach and street market. - Rooms are neat and clean - Secured parking space for two and four wheelers - Very friendly and cooperative staff

Although rooms are very simple, clean and comfortable, it’s bit different to what’s seen in the pictures. - There’s no in house kitchen, food menu is sourced from another restaurant located nearby. - No breakfast options on the menu. - Booking.com in-app navigation took us to wrong property located few kms away, had to contact the staff for live location to reach the actual location.
