Hospitality of the staff, location and cleanliness was praiseworthy.

Location of the property was good. Everything was easily accessible around the property.

Staff was extremely rude and not cooperative. AC was not functioning properly. Even after raising the concern with the staff, they did not change the room. Floor was sticky and uncleaned. Experience was really bad at this hotel..

It was really a great experience there. Especially the staff were excellent... Really valued for money and succeeded my expectations. Hats to staff working there that were always helpful to us.

The property was close to all shops and restaurants, it was also a short 5 minute walk to Palolem beach.

There was nothing I didn’t like about the property, in fact I extended my stay of 10 nights by a further nine. I would like to thank all the staff I came into contact with, for their friendship and making me welcome. Thank you Anil, Maya, all at reception and all others I had the pleasure of meeting in the course of their duties.
