Crystall Goa Palolem

The rooms are big enough. Near the beach.

Cleanliness wasn't there. Got one of the rooms cleaned in a hurry which was not done properly.

The facilities were great amazing views overall they provided full comfort

The rooms were clean. The staff were very cooperative and pleasant.

Location.

It was tired and the bathroom was really grimy. Internet was a hopeless hit and miss. See below and photo

Excellent location. 2 minutes walk to the beach

Nothing

It was close to Palolem, like a 1min walk and the staffs were very helpful. That’s about it. But if you search there are many other very good beach facing properties for the same price (during off season) like when we were there

They say it’s a garden facing property. What they mean is it will face the compound wall and there are few plans planted to the side. No view atall. You need to walk through the side to enter the room. So the view from your room is only a wall. The room interior are basic. When you book you will not know if you will get the old room or the new rooms. For the amount you pay here, you can get good beach properties

Actual room given is very different from photos shown on booking.com. Room size was ok but washroom was very poor and other facilities like AC cooling poor, fan was not working due to single phase power not available. Fridge was pathetic and TV wifi network not working properly
