Crystall Goa Palolem

Entire property was more than my expectations superb location. Rick was a wonderful host and sincere guy.

Really enjoyed our stay at crystal goa the staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfy, and the breakfast was great . The location was perfect also close to the sea, and Rick was a good host overall, a great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

The location was very good. Market, Beach, Restaurants, Taxi Stand were near.

The resort is very small, there is no waiting room, washroom etc. We arrived earlier than expected ( at 9.30 a.m. ) & requested the Resort Manager to handover us some room/washroom to get fresh but he was unable to provide us the minimum expected facilities, there was no such facility. We were tired after the journey but we were compelled to wait at the restaurant on the beach for three hours till the rooms at the resort were ready till 1.00 p.m... We were two couples, therefore requested the manager to allot us two similar, adjacent rooms but the management was unable to accommodate us in such rooms.

The only good thing about this place was that it is close to the beach

Don’t get fooled by the photos, the stay is pathetic. Here is a more detailed reason why: 1. The floor was so oily we were literally slipping while walking 2. The bathroom was super stinky n unclean n the latch wasn’t working properly 3. The AC remote wasn’t working, was unable to reduce the temp so it was as bad as a non AC room 4. The towels were over used n smelly 5. They hadn’t even kept any toiletries or water bottles in the room 6. The lights in the room was very dull, no light near the mirror at all 7. The parking is also not inside the property, you have to park elsewhere and some guy started yelling at us for parking there We nearly paid around 2.5k for a room for a night with all these problems. Think wisely before choosing this stay
