Very small things - communication with the host was a bit vague and we were not very sure about the time of validity of the parking permit. It turned out that upon check-in, the host gives you a note where the car license number is written and you put it on the front window. We parked about 2 hours prior to check-in, so we hope we don’t receive a fine at some point in the future.

Comfortable, well-equipped, and atmospheric accommodation in the heart of the city with a pleasant and attentive owner.

Position good but can be noisy at times outside but goes with the territory.

Bathroom down the corridor, I knew this but a little difficult because I aware I was sharing the apartment and didn't want to wake anyone.

The owner was a polite person, the apartment was very clean/separate bathroom with individual key. He provided me with sanitation and clean bedding and accessories.

Excellent location, only a few steps from the cathedral and covered market. Very spacious property, appreciated the kitchen facilities.

The room was advertised with "private bathroom". This should actually be called a "private external bathroom" as it was not in the room itself. The accommodation is actually a large apartment with two separate rooms, each having its own bathroom but across a hallway. This was not a problem for us to share the space with others, but was not clear to us in the property description.

Great location - really central and literally next door to the market and seconds away from Piazza Grande. Spacious room and nicely furnished. High ceilings, big windows and a lovely clean room.

You have a private bathroom which is across the apartment which has a separate room which is rented out. We only stayed for one night so this didn’t bother us and it wasn’t a problem at all, but worth bearing in mind that you would be sharing the property with some other guests if you had a longer stay.
