"Great stay - felt very welcome and at home"

We are doing the SWCP - we had parked our car at Clovelly Visitor Centre on the Mon- and visited the village. We left the car there overnight night and took the bus to westward Ho and walked back to Clovelly the following day. Picked up the car and drove to the b&b. I only noticed that day that check in was 5.30 - but messaged Becky and asked if ok to arrive earlier she was more than accommodating. We called 10 minutes before driving to the property and Becky was there to greet us. The house is their family home and there is only one room let out. The room is beautiful- large, clean and a comfortable bed. Coffee maker, hairdryer shampoo and conditioner and body wash all in the bathroom. The setting is lovely and there is parking on the driveway. We ate in the hoops inn - a little drive but we didn’t want to walk back down to Clovelly!! Breakfast was lovely- cereals, yogurt, and fry up. Becky was very friendly and we would definitely recommend a stay here either on the swcp or just a Clovelly visit

Maybe a veggie sausage for breakfast would have been nice

Large comfortable room upstairs in lovely old house. Bed extra large and very comfortable, great shower and plenty of hot water. Delicious full English breakfast and lovely hostess.

Comfortable, clean and well appointed bedroom and bathroom. A good, hearty breakfast and a pleasant, welcoming host.

Location is quiet and secluded, and a good hike in/out of facilities in Clovelly. For many, though, the rural, away-from-it-all, location will be an attraction.
