Sunnyside Annexe

Cosy and private. Everything you would want for breakfast is provided, tea, coffee, milk, bread cereals etc. Wheatley has pubs serving food, takeaways and shops all within easy walking distance. Loved it. Oh, and if you've got a motorcycle you can park it out of sight behind the gate.

We really enjoyed our stay. The owners had provided everything we needed for a relaxing stay and they were very helpful. We had a great nights sleep - the beds were so comfortable. It suited my mum perfectly as the accommodation was all on the ground floor and there is also an excellent bus service into Oxford a short walk away. We look forward to staying again and for a longer break.

The place itself was well catered for with everything you'd need for a pleasant stay. Really clever use of space to ensure the annexe was cosy and clean

I've stayed in many places that aren't hotels on the platform over many years and never had negative feedback . However this vendor decided to not just complain that 'you haven't taken your rubbish ' but sent me individual pictures of 2 tea bags on the holder, an empty water bottle and shampoo sachet in the bin. If I'd left a lot of rubbish and damaged things fair enough but this was just silly

Convenient location for work, clean and tidy

Great location, peaceful and comfortable, with lovely touches from a thoughtful host. Really appreciated milk in the fridge, along with breakfast which we enjoyed outside in the courtyard. Well stocked kitchen and bathroom, games for wet days, WIFI worked well, torches, and instructions all very clear. Possibly need some easy directions for coffee machine for those who don't know how to use this particular one. Ceiling fan was also appreciated in the warm summer weather.

Nothing negative to write, there might have been one too many emails with directions etc, but that may be something to do with Booking.com policies.

The Wi-Fi was the only thing that let it down. Very poor coverage from the main house Wi-Fi and I ended up using mobile Wi-Fi which I shouldn’t have needed to do. I mentioned this in feedback to the hosts but got no response at all.

Lovely and comfortable and thoughtful extra bits in the fridge which I wasn't expecting. Close to the bus stop into Oxford.

The annexe to the house was our stay for three nights. It was perfect and had everything at hand to be able to use the microwave and eating area.
