Sunnyside Annexe

A hidden gem ! An annex that had all we needed for a very comfortable overnight stay . The place was spotless and tastefully decorated. Every little detail had been thought of. Great value for money , we will be back !

Lovely private area, with good clean rooms. Liked that there was tea and coffee, even ground coffee for me! There was also juice in the fridge too!

Couldn't work out how the coffee machine worked, so ended up not using it. Not sure why there isn't a double instead of a twin bed

Nice apartment good location with easy connections. well equipped and the breakfast basics was much appreciated. Slept really well and found the apartment welcoming.

Ceiling fan not really cooling but had my own in car. Only having twin beds would put me of travelling with wife. Many apartments use bed that can be locked together or be singles.

The location is easy to find and the annexe was quiet, well laid out, clean and well stocked. The beds were very comfortable. I will be back.

Surprisingly spacious, clean and comfortable beds. Small kitchenette with a great selection of essentials that had been well thought out. Outside seating space. Good location with nearest P&R a short drive away and a short bus ride from there into Oxford city centre.

The annex was clean and well-decorated and very well supplied. The provisioning of the kitchen was thoughtfully done. Very comfortable stay.

It is unfortunate there is no kitchen sink but I understand that is how the house is configured and the owners had a well thought out plan for that.

Great location for travel to Oxford, safe and secure parking. Breakfast options were multiple. Whole place was spotless. Bed was really comfortable and it felt like home from home. Caught a bus literally 2 minutes from the front door. Amenities were really good, smart TV and digital radio. Bathroom and shower were great. As mentioned there is no kitchen sink, but that was made clear before booking, I wouldn't think it was suitable for a longer stay.

Depends on your personality! It's very friendly, but I thought the communication was a bit overkill -multiple text messages to my personal phone number giving me mainly the same information that was already in the booking message. I don't want my phone number to be used by the accomodation unless it's an emergency and found it a bit intrusive. I prefer the anonymity of a hotel, but acknowledge you don't get this level of comfort with that! I would also recommend they remove the capital letters from a whole paragraph of information in the booking message, it feels a lot like being shouted at and isn't very welcoming.
