Lovely farm stay very peaceful

Road to get to it is a narrow Devon lane

Lovely peaceful location. The room was well equipped with a small fridge, water, iron and a couple of toiletries. Very clean and well maintained. Lovely cakes left in the breakfast area and in our room together with dog treats. Martine was so friendly and the breakfasts were delicious.

Martine was lovely & friendly, great choice offered for breakfast, cooked very well. Room & modern bathroom huge. Nice & quiet even though on a farm. Everything you need provided.

Beautiful setting, nice & peaceful but close to the coast

Wow! Everything was exceptional! Top class room which you would find in a with a 5 star hotel. Breakfast was excellent with a good choice served by the owner who went out of her way to accommodate requests. This place is 1st class from the rooms to location to the food , run by a polite friendly bubbly owner who you can tell puts genuine enthusiasm it to running of her business. Will without hesitation book again when visiting sidmouth .

A lovely place, very clean and modern. Comfortable, and spacious, we especially appreciated the homemade cakes and cookies. Breakfast was lovely, excellent produce and good variety. Martine was extremely helpful and friendly. We had a lovely stay.
