The assistant from Angola was especially kind and considerate. The location was excellent. The kitchen and dining facilities were great and I liked the garden.

The bunk bed was not very comfortable . I was not warned about all the stairs until I asked. Fortunately your assistant from Brazil helped me descend the steps pn my departure when I asked her.

Bright clean room. Quiet location but within walking distance of everything. Having the use of a kitchen and dining room was an added bonus. Nice terrace at the side of the kitchen.

Hard beds. Only 3 coat hangers. Too many complicated instructions. Asked a day before our arrival for instructions to gain access to the property, was told we couldn't get this until after 3pm on the day of our arrival. This made it extremely difficult as I don't have Internet. Couldn't find any cups in the kitchen?? Eventually found some in the cabinet in the dining room. We found the whole visit very impersonal as in the 3 days we were there we never saw the owner or manager.

L’emplacement était agréable et la maison permet de retrouver un petit cocon de calme pendant les vacances. Barbara (la réceptionniste) était à l’écoute de toutes nos demandes, merci à elle.

Les équipements de cuisine était satisfaisants même si ça manquait d’ustensiles (passoire, poêle pas cramée,…).

The villa itself is nice and the staff were friendly, the breakfast was good and the garden also very nice. The location is great.

But... the shared bathrooms were always occupied - we had to wait for around 30 min every time, no shower gel in the bathroom. The garden furniture was in questionable condition. But worst of all - our room had a very specific smell and traces of bedbugs (blood spots and one dead bedbug found on the sheets). We were bitten by those and developed severe symptoms afterwards. Had to consult a doctor because the symptoms got worse - it turned out to be SCABIES!!! We strongly suspect that we have been infected in this place due to cleanliness issues and bugs. We had to disinfect all our clothes and have a treatment, let alone the spoilt vacation and a week of itching, discomfort and anxiety about what had happened to us. Scabbies is something that you get if the bedsheets/towels were not cleaned/washed properly, if at all... Very sorry but beware of this if you decide to go to this place. And yes, we require a compensation. Attached are the pictures of the back after the visit and the bedsheets in blood stains.

Great location, quick communication from staff.

Free parking lot can be full at certain times. Other guests leave the kitchen door open so people could enter.
