⚠️🚫🪲Serious Bed Bug Problem ⚠️🚫🪲 We found bed bugs in the room (several of them). I spent hours trying to reach someone from the hotel because there was no staff on-site. When I finally speak with someone, they admitted that the property had already faced this issue before recently. The response was highly unprofessional – they even laughed and minimized the situation saying that I "only found 4 of them and that's not too much" The handling was a complete disaster: No one at the property to assist us. The contact phone number did not work. They moved us to another hotel but did not arrange transportation so I spend money on a taxi. When we arrived at the new hotel, nothing was coordinated and we had to wait on the street for almost 3 hours. We lost time, money, and peace of mind. On top of that, we now have to pay for professional laundry service to wash all our clothes at high temperatures to avoid carrying bed bugs with us, which is an other additional cost.
