Difficulté pour joindre l'hôte qui n'était pas sur place pour l'accueil. Nous étions 2 clients à tenter de la joindre à notre arrivée et nous sommes restés à attendre devant le portail. Contact via whatsapp à la demande de l'hôte mais compliqué d'avoir des réponses rapides Je n'ai jamais reçu de réponse non plus au mail envoyé lors de la prise de ma réservation et là j'attends toujours de recevoir ma facture

La signalisation pour arriver jusqu'à la chambre d'hôte et l'accès à la chambre (vidéo montrant le chemin jusqu'à la chambre), nuisance lie a l'approximite de l'aéroport

Comfort, design, size of the room, location (close to the airport)

Normally I had breakfast being included in my reservation. In the reality there was almost nothing for breakfast (a few fruits and a tea if you serve yourself) and nobody to help - you should find how even to make a tea... I felt a bit lost. I didn't find any bread at all...

Très bon séjour dans cet établissement. L'accueil était chaleureux, la chambre confortable et très propre. L'emplacement est idéal. Je garde un excellent souvenir de mon passage aux 5 sens.

The breakfast was good.

We were two adult women, mother-daughter, and booked a suite with two beds — one of them being a sofa bed. The owner/manager refused to provide sheets for the second bed until we paid extra for a third guest. This was a bizarre demand, and I balked on principle. I have traveled with friends and family for decades and never encountered a hotel insisting that guests sleep together in the same bed when there are two beds in the room. The owner and I went back and forth, and she even shared screenshots of the online booking that proved our point: we had reserved a suite with a bed and sofa bed, for two adults. “You can complain to Booking.com if you want to but I’ve already wasted three hours on this,” she complained, even though we had checked in only 90 min earlier. We offered to make the bed ourselves if she would just provide us with the linens. She retorted that sheets don’t wash themselves, etc. It was already dark and she was exhausting us with her petty extortion. So I reluctantly paid the fee for a third “phantom” guest after advising her, transparently, that this treatment would go into my online review. “Go ahead!” she said.
