À chaque séjour dans cet établissement, obtenir ma facture a été un véritable parcours du combattant. J’ai eu le sentiment de déranger simplement en la réclamant : entre absences, congés ou autres occupations, il a fallu insister à plusieurs reprises. Cette expérience m’a beaucoup déçu et je n’y retournerai pas. Il est pourtant normal de pouvoir récupérer facilement sa facture afin de se faire rembourser par son entreprise — au même titre qu’il est normal de rester aimable avec ses clients

"I didn’t stay. The room I booked didn’t exist."

The host Cristelle was awful. No customer service. Abrupt and unkind. Booking.com found this property as a substitute for one that could no longer accommodate me and my son due to an electrical fault. I stressed that my requirement was a twin room and couldn’t accept anything else. During booking, there were two options. 1. A double room 2. A twin room. I ticked the twin room option and proceeded to checkout and duly paid. I may also add, the spa facilities aren’t accessible either, even after following their instructions to book it. All you get is an answer machine. I believe it’s there for local people to book and not for the use of the people paying to stay there. False advertising. I left the property as there was no twin room THAT I PAID FOR available. To add insult to injury, she wouldn’t refund me either. Unbelievable!!! I’m taking this further. Booking.com hasn’t had my best interest at heart either as they are the 3rd party they say. I just think it’s insane. A refund is the least they can do. What a shame to treat people this way. So immoral. It caused so much stress and precious lost time. Quite a strange vibe at that place. If you’re thinking of staying, I suggest you think carefully before you do.

The property is very new, everything is in great condition. The room was comfortable and spacious, with a lovely terrace in the garden. Though the bathroom could've been a bit better equipped, the shower cabin was nothing short of luxurious.The proprietress was kindness personified. Great location, great value for money.

Super helpful host. Even though I was leaving early still had freshly squeezed orange juice and pastries ready for me. Really convenient location with spacious room
