Nagyon kedves volt a személyzet, megvártak és a buszozással kapcsolatban is segítettek. Volt egy térkép amin a házi gazda megmutatta mit hol találunk a városban, hogyan jutunk el, sőt tippeket is adott hol tudnánk finomat enni.

A reggeli választék kevés volt nagyon. Nem volt sűrűn cserélve és töltve sem. Azt mondták az elején nem iható a csap víz, de nem biztosítottak palackozott vizet még kávé főzéshez és reggelihez sem. Édes sütemények voltak, volt ami már bontva mire mi oda értünk. Sós reggeli minimális.

Het delen van de huiskamer/keuken was niet optimaal. Daarnaast geen wifi kunnen ontdekken.

Estava limpo e o quarto é espaçoso.

O alojameto tem características de hostel: não ha recepção e tudo foi self - self checkin, self breakfast, self checkout... e isso não teria mal se fosse essa a descrição. Para o preço da noite, era esperado mais do que um bolo em cima da mesa para pequeno almoço e poder tirar dúvidas sobre a cidade ou o estacionamento sem ter de ser por mensagem ou por outros hospedes.

We loved the atmosphere! Everything was comfortable and in pristine condition. My personal favorite was the 2 balconies one opening from the common rooms the other from the guest rooms. We could see the Etna from one of the balconies, the view was beautiful.
