To use the hot tub guests are required to pay an additional charges and inform the property 24 hours in advance of planned use to ensure proper cleaning guidelines can be maintained. Discount on long stays is available. Please note that If you are bringing an electric bike requiring charging the lithium battery on our premises, you will need to provide certification/ invoice detailing that you have purchased the battery from a reputable safety standard authorized supplier/ manufacturer, otherwise I do have the right to refuse charging facilities. If acceptable we will supply electricity to your vehicle for charging, as it can not be charged inside the property advised by BA Guide-electric bike batteries-bicycleassociation.org.uk . Did not stay, left after seeing room

Smell of stale smoke, bathroom shared and outside of the room. Living / sitting area along corridor past their living part.

"Room with a view."

Warm hospitality, comfy bed with a great shower. Fab sun room with great facilities. Loved the hot tub with a view. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

"Enjoyable break"

Great break with friendly hosts and very comfortable surroundings. The Hot tub was exceptional, and had fantastic surrounding views. The two family dogs were absolutely brilliant. The cooked breakfast was fabulous - well done Jacquie and Dave.

The access road was very narrow, but manageable, and the weather was not very good when we were there. Neither of these are addressable by the property owners.

"A quiet relaxing holiday, excellent hosts, home from home"

Great Breakfasts, Amazing views, Friendly dogs Douglas and Heidi, Jacqui and Dave made us feel very welcome

A firmer mattress would of been better for us ( not everyone) as we are getting on in years ( arthritis in the old bones)

A family run 'Home from Home'. A warm welcome from the hosts and their pets, our choice, and we enjoyed that. Nothing was too much trouble, the facilities made for the perfect break.

Very pleasant and panoramic scenery with a serene atmosphere. Friendly reception and service. Breakfasts fine and on time.

There was no electric clock visible to see time at night in bedroom; small fridge for our items was too warm to be effective; but shower unit excellent and other facilities made up for any inadequacies. Roads to site rather pot holed; hand drawn map to show location of cottage supplied with written explanation would have been useful as satnav not able to show it specifically!

Loved our stay with Jacquie and Dave. They were wonderful hosts and catered to everything we could need. The views were amazing and the breakfast was superb too. Would definitely stay again.
