To use the hot tub guests are required to pay an additional charges and inform the property 24 hours in advance of planned use to ensure proper cleaning guidelines can be maintained. Please note that If you are bringing an electric bike requiring charging the lithium battery on our premises, you will need to provide certification/ invoice detailing that you have purchased the battery from a reputable safety standard authorized supplier/ manufacturer, otherwise I do have the right to refuse charging facilities. If acceptable we will supply electricity to your vehicle for charging, as it can not be charged inside the property advised by BA Guide-electric bike batteries-bicycleassociation.org.uk . Jacquie and dave were lovely hosts 2 gorgeous wee dogs very friendly, brilliant cooked breakfast and excellent location for a nice chilled few nights away gorgeous views from the summer room. Would highly recommend.

Fantastic location, comfortable accommodation and rural enough to be peaceful but close enough to everything to not be isolated.

"A real haven!"

A wonderful breakfast - all you could want, and beautifully cooked. We loved the location - only 3 miles from Dumfries, but so rural and peaceful, and only 20 minutes from the coast.

I can't think of anything - Jacquie was really thoughtful.

"Relaxing break"

The separate sun room with a view was fantastic - sets this place apart from the usual b&b bedroom only establishments. Hosts (and their dogs) very friendly.

Fortunately we read the small print before visiting so we did not arrive expecting the use of the hot tub to be included in the price paid - the title of the property on the listing could be misunderstood in that respect. Otherwise, fabulous.
