It felt like home straight away. So incredibly relaxing, amazing sofa and wood-burning stove in the room. The breakfast was literally out of this world, with the incredible attention to detail, homemade jams and marmalade, perfectly cooked breakfast, and local berries. Wow, everything was so spot on I haven't stopped thinking about it and telling people about how good it was! Thank you

"It’s a beautiful cottage with all mod cons and perfect hosts."

This was one of the nicest places that I have stayed; a really charming room, but with modern facilities. Jane and Paul were perfect hosts and the breakfast was superb. I’d recommend it to anyone.

I really can’t think of a bad point.

Best scrambled egg I’ve ever had. Non greasy fried slice, great sausage,love that they have mushrooms,crispy streaky bacon, lovely thick sliced toast and great jams. All my favourite fresh berries and the perfect coffee. Everything was piping hot. Everything was PERFECT.

"A lovely 2 night stay."

We had a recent 2 night stay at Woodlands Farm and the previous reviews were spot on. It's a lovely place to stay. Jane & Paul were fabulous hosts, friendly and helpful. It's a lovely and quiet room, with it's own entrance and easy parking. Nice size, and everything is super clean and comfortable - we slept really well in the bed. Lovely bathroom and really clean again. Comfy seating, nice and warm and there was even some home made flapjack to have with our tea and coffee. There's a pub with decent food just up the lane from the farm and just a couple of minutes walk. Breakfasts were great, with home made bread and jams as well as the most wonderful scrambled eggs ever! We'll hopefully stay again next year when we're down again.

Nothing - it was all fabulous.
