We had a wonderfully comfortable stay en route to the Isle of Wight as part of our honeymoon. The hosts Jane and Paul were extremely friendly and really have thought of everything. The large room with lovely garden views is equipped with everything you need and has lovely homely touches. Large very comfortable bed and the homemade biscuits and fresh milk in a little fridge all added to the feeling of a warm welcome. The delicious freshly cooked breakfast was the best we’ve ever had in a B and B and included fresh fruit lovely cereals homemade jam and marmalade lovely bread locally sourced meat lovely eggs and even beautifully presented butter all served in a lovely homely dining room. Couldn’t fault anything - highly recommended.

Lovely location and high-quality accommodation. Paul and Jane were good, informative and attentive hosts. The garden attracted a lot of birds including spotted woodpeckers. Conveniently located for walking in the Meon Valley and Forest of Bere (and a short walk into Wickham).

Jane was an incredible host, she was so accommodating for us. A lovely, spacious and comfortable room, perfect if you’re attending an event at the Holywell Estate which is less than 2 miles away. Finished off by a fresh home cooked full English breakfast the next morning. Perfect!

"Excellent room, breakfast and very helpful hosts"

Lovely farmhouse and our own private well stocked garden with seating. Own access doors to the excellent self contained ground floor suite. The owners recommended a few good local pubs for dinner and even gave us a lift home late in the evening. Great breakfast to finish our stay. Can’t recommend highly enough!

Couldn’t open the bathroom window but extractor worked fine.

Breakfast was amazing, hosts were so lovely and attentive and have us some recommendations to visit. The gardens are beautiful, perfect place to visit for a quiet getaway.
