Friendly owners, good food. Very comfortable and warm in the cold evenings. Walk in shower. Watching bird feeders. Safe place to park car. Cosy. Would come back again. Great access to S Coast.

Difficult to locate entry to drive on first visit.

Where it was as it was so quiet

For some reason Booing. Com had not completed the booking properly and our hosts were not aware of us coming to stay. Made to feel extremely welcome and problem solved very quickly. Absolutely amazing stay with a fabulous breakfast

Idyllic location, a stone’s throw from lovely villages with walks on the doorstep. The room was really lovely and spacious, really welcoming hosts and a wonderful breakfast - couldn’t have asked for more from our stay - thank you!

This is our second time staying at Woodlands Farm, and is quickly becoming a yearly tradition because we love it so much. Jane is the perfect host. The setting of the cottage is just beautiful. Very cosy especially this time of year with the log burner and Christmas decorations. Wonderful recommendations on where to go for food. An exceptional breakfast, everything was perfect. A very comfortable, peaceful and spacious place.

Lovely rural location. Lovely hosts. The room is beautifully laid out with a brilliant shower room . The attached breakfast room is so lovely and breakfast was excellant.

What a wonderful cottage. A great retreat very peaceful with lovely gardens and pond. Very large room and extremely clean and comfortable. The hosts were great - on tap if you need them but still total privacy. Breakfast was excellent and cooked to order exactly how you like it. The fire was a dream and very cosy. Could not fault anything and definitely will be staying again. Thank you for a lovely weekend.
