Beautiful place , not far from the ferry port too , and we were made very welcome and the owner kindly waited for us when the ferry was late . Breakfast was delicious, and we had a beautiful room . Will stay again . Thank you

"Comfortable, luxurious B&B"

Self contained bed/ sitting room with brass bedstead , large comfy sofa & armchairs. Smart TV, Beautiful garden with bird feeders. Fabulous breakfast choice. Many excellent pubs & restaurants within 10min drive . One Indian gastro pub at end of drive. Good base to explore Portsmouth and the amazing historic dockyard, Winchester and much more.

"Just fabulous!"

We were made to feel so welcome. Nothing was too much trouble! Breakfast was excellent. The room was so light and airy. And we could not fault the cleanliness! We would definitely stay again and will recommend it to our friends and family!

"A great choice of property in a tranquil setting"

Jane gave us a warm welcome to settle us in. The room is very spacious and tastefully appointed, with a large modern bathroom and every need catered for. The breakfast is served in an adjoining room and offers a delicious variety of options, all freshly prepared to order and some tasty home made produce. The property is located in a tranquil setting, with a lovely outlook over fields and birdlife. The location worked very well for out four night stay. Thoroughly enjoyable and recommended. Thank you

"A perfect place to stop on our travels."

This is one of the very few establishments I would go back to without hesitation. It felt like home from home. Our host Jane was very welcoming and hospitable. Compared to the average B&B the room was huge with all the facilities you could possibly want including a grand piano.
