Very good location very good standards

Very accomadating.

Accueil très agréable, emplacement exceptionnel très proche du centre animé de Galway. Quelques sticks de boissons chaudes sont fournis, quelques petites attentions supplémentaires justifieraient mieux le prix payé.

Chambre basique, nous avons été réveillés en pleine nuit par une personne dans la maison qui est rentrée très tard et qui a fait du bruit.

The hist was very welcoming and nice, gave me great recommendations. The location is good, walking distance from the city center. The bed was comfortable.

Everything is really old and not in the best condition. You can hear absolutely everything from the other rooms, even coughing and walking.

Location being walking distance to Galway University Hospital is ideal. If driving, there is adequate on site parking. Walking distance from city centre if required. Pleasant host. Small amount of rooms, but space is utilised. Pleasant heat appeared to be on constant. Bed was comfortable, room was clean. Ample hot water. Tea, coffee etc well stocked. Fridge in room.

The premises was clean which made discovering the shower head wall bracket holder was broken & appeared to have been that way for a while dissapointing. It delayed showering as had to hold the shower head. It would not stay at a height on the broken bracket on its own. Also the water was either extremely hot or very cold. Time consuming to get & maintain a balanced temperature. A more user friendly water temperature supply and a new functional wall bracket would really speed up showering. Tile grout within shower would benefit from some attention. Shower door also needs attention, as despite best efforts water spills out onto floor. The overal shower unit was the only issue in an otherwise pleasant stay.
