Absolutely the prettiest appartment we've ever stayed in. Bed comfortable and a big walk in shower. Angela supplied everything and more to make our stay enjoyable, including a fridge and cupboard filled with food. Also a lovely outsde gazbo sitting area.

Very comfortable & cosy. Angela spoiled us with a wide range of choices in the fridge & cupboards. The Hideaway is adorable & there was even room to store our bikes. Angela is a lovely hostess, very friendly & welcoming.

"A wonderful retreat in a beautiful location."

Everything was wonderful! Angela is a wonderful hostess. The fridge was stocked with breakfast items and the microwave made it possible for me to heat up soup or something for dinner if I wanted. I really liked being able to take my breakfast/ dinner out to the little enclosed patio and appreciate being outside but still protected from the elements. The Hideaway is secluded if you want alone time but close enough to the town to still be able to participate in things. Tucked right across the street from St Vigeans Church and next to the little museum with Pictish carved stones (both of which are great to visit). It has beautiful walks into the countryside right behind the Hideaway and is only about a mile walk along a little creek to Arbroath Abbey. Another half mile walk through downtown and you’re at Arbroath Harbour. I couldn’t say enough wonderful things about this as it was perfect for my time there.

Everything, a small piece of paradise tucked away in St Vigeans on the outskirts of Arbroath(Angus) Scotland 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 If you are wanting a peaceful getaway this is the place to go. The fridge and cupboards are well stocked for breakfast, books for reading and a tv, not that you will have it on as you sit in the beautifully kept gardens. Thanks once again to Angela.
