"Beautiful spot, welcoming host. Perfect place to visit Arbroath/Angus"

The hideaway is perfect - comfy, clean and the cupboards were packed with lots of food for breakfast/snacks. It is set in a peaceful location, tucked away in a beautiful garden and right on the nature trail. We had breakfast outside every morning. Would recommend to anyone visiting Arbroath.

We could not have wished for a more friendly welcoming host. The accommodation was spotlessly clean with a fabulous little patio area, beautiful. We had a cupboard & fridge fully stocked with every imaginable breakfast food that would be replenished if running low. The very friendly host could not do enough for us such a lovely lady. We would not hesitate for a second to recommend this fabulous little cottage. We had a lovely stay for 6 nights Loved it. Will definitely use again.

brilliant room in a wonderful garden. Peace and quiet patio was exceptional. Breakfast provided was more than enough and fresh and delicious. Finally the host, Angela was brilliant explained all about the location nothing was too much bother.
