"great place to be away from folk. host gave everything and more regards breakfast."

host wasn’t intrusive

could have been cleaner, towel rail and under table and top of microwave., don’t know when they were last cleaned or dusted.

"Comfortable and Clean"

Exceeded our expectations. Wonderful host. Large variety of food provided. Clean accommodation and wonderful garden. 30 minute stroll into Arbroath centre. 5 minute walk to local convenience shop. Many takeaway options. Highly recommended and my husband and I would return.
