Very noisy close to the road. Property listed for sale, so minimalistic furnishings. Beds and couch very uncomfortable.

It was clean

Too much noise, too much light at night because of the petrol station opposite. The TV remote didn't work, and the sofa was very uncomfortable.

Location was great, convenient to the Mount Smart, the airport and malls. Tidy facilities and having two bathrooms was a massive plus. It was warm and heated up really quickly.

Couch and beds were super uncomfortable. Beds felt rickety and the couch had lost most of it's cushion. No shoes inside, which is fine, but would be nice to have a shoe rack for them at the door instead of piling them up near the washing machine.
