Cozy Brand New Townhouse 1

Liked that it was close to the airport and easy to find/get to. Grocery stores are close, kitchen was stocked with all dish ware we needed, and laundry facilities were a plus!

The house is near a pretty busy road that can be loud and bright at night. The bed in master bedroom was a little uncomfortable, so it was hard to fall asleep. Other than that, the house was great for our stay.

The location was close to where I needed to go in Auckland. Easy access to motorway. It has all the facility required to have a comfortable stay. Hot water was great.

This particular unit is close to main road, which can get a bit busy. Understanding the allocated parking spot was a bit tricky in the beginning. But once you understand the system, it is ok. These are all minor items.

Location was good, and property was great it had everything there

The streets were too noisy with vehicle going up and down

There was fights both nights the neighbours we're fighting all night in the girl I was with got scared

The Location

Comfortable, clean, just the right size. Good amount of windows and a sliding door, which provided natural coolness and fresh air during the warm Auckland summer. Regular climbing of the stairs to the top half of the house every day definitely helped with our steps. Although the house is situated right in front of a busy main road, this didn't bother us too much. The neighborhood was very quiet.

Furniture needs to be more solid to cater for heavy people. Have protectors on legs of beds, stumped our toes a couple of times. Maybe have some sort of protector behind the doors in the ensuite and cupboard as it's already showing marks because they open into each other. Useful to have a mini vacuum or dustpan, particularly for stays longer than 3 days.

Traffic noise and place has no air con. Did provide a fan in one room though.

We booked a house. This was confirmed, then we were asked to cancel and rebook. We did this and was told the address and PIN number for the lock. When we arrived the PIN didnt work. We called the staff and told him the problem. We had the booking reference number. He said the reference number didnt help him. We told him the address we had been given, our names and he just repeated that didnt help him. He made no offer to come to the address. In the end we had to book a hotel room for the two planned nights. I asked for a refund the following week and have had no answer, no reply at all. I would never use this place again. No help provided, unable to use the service and no reply to complaint and no refund.

It would have been good for the phone number provided to have a person who could help and was willing to make some effort. I especially did not like having my money taken and no service provided
