We liked the staff who were lovely, friendly and helpful. The hotel was quirky, very popular (even on a Monday) for drinks, get togethers and food. Our bedroom was large and spacious as was the en suite, sqeeky clean, lovely decor and excellent WiFi.

We cannot say there was anything we did not like.

"Well done to The Royal, Barmouth"

We needed an early breakfast and they were happy to accommodate our request. The room was well very stocked with tea and coffee and bottles of water.

The bathroom was smelly
