Pinggan caldera

Spectacular views of Mt Batur & Lake Batur. Traditional style accommodation was comfy and spacious with a lovely open air bathroom. Ketut and family were excellent hosts. With only five bungalows it felt very personalised.

Loved the villas! Beautiful view! Friendly attentive staff! One of the best views in Bali, really recommend this place if you want to get away from the hustle and bustle of some of the busier parts of Bali. It’s a very quiet, and somewhat isolated place, but one of our favourite places we stayed. Plenty of excursions nearby such as atv’ing and hiking mount Batur. Just bring a car or bike and you’ll be fine. Highly recommend.

You need a bike or car, no doubt. There’s nothing in walking distance, and although the food was sufficient for us, some people might find the food and drink options too basic. It is quite isolated, which comes with its perks, but also it’s cons.

The view from Pinggann Caldera absolutely stunning. You get a great view of Mt Batur right in front and Mt Agung in the distance. It is quite a drive to the accomodation, but it's worth it. Facilities are simple, but clean and all in great working order. Staff are friendly and accommodating, really great stay.

Nothing much, really. Don't expect great food, but it's definitely good enough.

There is nothing I didn’t like about this property. The only thing is it might be hard to get around if u don’t have a scooter or car and need to book a driver

it’s worth a trip!!! simple houses with basic interior, the owner is a fantastic young guy who is taking care about everything. build by himself and taken care like he would live there by himself !!! the view is breathtaking and it’s a location where we definitely coming back to

Staff was excellent I was accompanied by the guide named SUDA to trek mt batur , surely an down to earth guy and an excellent guide

All the services they have provided to us, the Place is magical

The position is a bit remote.. but it worth the route!
