Wonderful sunset view and location for Mt Batur hike Warm friiendly staff

I had a great time with Ketut. The view is stunning and the recommendation to do the sunrise treckwith Suda was the highlight of my vacation on Bali. Many thanks! I will definately come back!

The view is just amazing. The sunrise, the sunset ...at any time of the day. The room was really nice and the bathroom is really cute

The swimming pool was not available. It was dirty and they started to clean it at 14 and was ready in the evening....and I was leaving the next morning so very disappointing. The WiFi didn't work for some hours due to an issue with electricity, the hot water just lasted 5min, and they food.was average. The place is difficult to get and isolated so don't expect to find restaurants. Not even a small market for groceries. They did not ask me if I wanted to do the trekking nor if I needed transportation, luckily I arranged my own transport with a driver.

We loved everything about Pinggan Caldera. The scenery was amazing, the rooms were comfortable and they had everything we needed, and the owners/staff were fantastic. The menu is basic but the food tasted amazing. Very tasty local food.

This property is amazing. It has an awesome view of Mount Batur and Agung, with the village below. It is so peaceful and beautiful. The owner Ketut makes your stay effortless. He organised my sunrise trek and transport etc. It was so easy. I will definitely be back.

We stayed 2 nights for a birthday getaway. Location is perfect, with breathtaking view during sunrise. Two female staff was cooking us simple but delicious food during our stay. This is essential since there are no restaurants nearby. The bed is comfy, we like the outdoor bathroom. Simple property but it has everything we needed. We enjoyed our relaxing stay with chilly mountain weather at night.

The room gets hot during the day, we weren't out and about sightseeing, wanted to just stay at the property and relaxing after a busy week. So the staff provided us with a fan as soon as we asked. Perhaps would be good to put a fan on the ceiling for an option when it gets hot.
