Location to centre of town was great.

Maybe a suggestion is not having the fridge in the room, it makes alot of noise and if yr a light sleeper it seems loud.

Clean and comfortable room, friendly and informative host, nice breakfast.

Bedroom not large and nowhere to sit other than on the bed. Breakfast served in entry, would not be very suitable if weather precluded using small table outside front door.
