Lugar Saloio Sintra

The host was very friendly & helpful. Location was good. Some shops & restaurants within 10-15 mins walking distance. The common area was not bad & may be other rooms are spacious!

I did not want to give my review initially as I really liked the host but hated the stay. I saw the property was well rated in booking I don't know if it is just our luck or what. Our room was really like a pigeon hole. The window was open & we did not know about mosquitoes but whole night my daughter & I stayed awake with mosquito bites, even after we realised out grave mistake & closed the window. Then the common toilet (now this is not the host's direct fault) but someone used it & could not flush it (yes you read it right). Finally the host came & managed to clean it & told me it is a very old property & hence the plumbing issues! I simply ran after staying one night. It is a really old property & I assume the host is trying to do as much as possible but honestly this is the worst stay we had, ever!

Excelente sitio para ficar em Sintra!! o Senhor Diogo foi impecável tanto para mim como para a minha amiga que foi comigo, quer quartos, Wc, cozinha tudo muito limpinho e tem um espaço lá fora espetacular para se estar seja sozinho seja acompanhado.. de salientar que o senhor Diogo mesmo depois de termos feito o check out ao meio dia ainda nos deixou deixar lá as nossas bagagens para irmos passear em Sintra e quando voltámos estava á nossa espera.. recomendo totalmente este lugar ^^ 10 estrelas.

While I only stayed for one night passing back through the area and kitesurfing at Guincho beach, I found the host extremely accommodating and helpful and the lodging lovely. This is a charming little inn operated by hosts creating a little oasis THAT is exceptionally located for access to Sintra and its UNESCO Heritage sites, a must see I always recommend for anyone taking a trip to the greater Lisbon area.

I have no complaints.

The location was great, our host was very kind & helpful. We got to enjoy the outdoor area all to ourselves, as we happened to be the only guests on that one evening we stayed.

The room was a bit humid and we had to keep the windows open, as we were told the entire house is being renovated.
