Late check in (from 5:30 pm) It is more a hostal, patience and time for check in required, Organization and communication needs lots of improvement Very low ceiling and door frame, partly dangerous for tall people, especially in the restroom No fan or AC (but wasn’t needed in August)

Our host was super lovely and accommodating.

The room was in the basement of the building and was very damp, dark and cold. The shared bathroom was also cold and not super welcoming. We appreciate Sintra has a wet climate, but it really needed a heater to dry it out.

The room we were assigned featured a sitting area with a view of the garden. Very quaint Location to historic Sintra was great and ample parking

Wonderful experience staying at this beautiful guesthouse where we were welcomed by very friendly staff and owners. Very quiet and safe area yet very convenient location. 5 minutes by car from the center of Sintra. Taxis, ubers and bolts are available. Buses and train are nearby. Very clean, warm and comfortable room and wonderful decoration. Lovely place and garden. Strongly recommend!

The property is 5 minutes by car from the center of Sintra. Taxis and Bolts are available. Buses are near by. The host and hostess are present and this is their full time business. The property is a private, gated area. You can hear traffic but you can’t see it.

No complaints so far. I stayed an extra day because I screwed up my reservations. The place was able to accommodate me, thank goodness.
