The location is perfect Short drive to hobbiton and located just across a hot pools place. The house is shared with Ken and Kathy The house is modern and super comfortable. Amenities are amazing and the breakfast provided was great. We loved staying there. Beds are also so comfy and the shower was amazing too

"A bright spacious home shared with gracious hosts."

A bright, spacious home. We were treated very well, even offered a second room so we didn’t have to share a bed (we are a mom and adult daughter) probably the best night of sleep I’ve had so far. Ken even picked some fruit from his trees for us. The grapefruits were amazing!

The view and the house to ourselves

Breakfast wasn’t very good. Tin fruit ! Didn’t think anyone used that anymore. Butter and jam every one’s used them . Didn’t even use anything,just didn’t fancy them at all.

"Superb"

The house met our needs well with 1 room with a double bed and another room with 2 single beds. Instructions for arrival were clear and the food left for breakfast was appreciated. The house was 20 minutes from Hobbiton, which was the reason for our stay.
