Sea Port Hiriketiya

Amazing location, just across the road from the beach. Staff were very friendly and i was able to store my bag after check out so I could go exploring before puckef up for my neck destination. Loved having a fridge and kettle, although no cups or tea/coffee. Check into and check out was so easy and smooth.

No cups or tea/coffee to go with the kettle. I did find a grocery store just around the corner which sold tea bags. I already had my own cup I had travelled with.

Very nice couple running this place, super helpful and kind. The room was for 4 people but we were 2 so it was very comfortable but the highlight was the balcony, this place is 10 steps from the sea. We watched all day the surfers and knew when there are good waves. Lots of restaurants and bars all around. This place is all about the location!

Can be a bit noisy in the mornings, relatively to other places there but that’s the price for being so close to the beach.

The apartment is located directly in front of Hiriketiya Beach. The Hosts are both amazing and were very helpful throughout the stal. I even extended my stay and would book it again for sure. Just for info - it can get a little bit busy/noisey at night because of parties in the neighborhood. I didn't mind at all, especially because they never went on for too long and the location of the accommodation really is incredible.

It is clean, amazing location, comfy… however, our room had holes in the walls :D literally, above the front door and above the toilet seat. And I mean big rectangle holes where a smaller window should be. Anything could get in and out of the room. That was scary, it’s Sri Lanka, there’s a lot of weird creatures. I have no idea what that is about, it’s bizarre. Ask for a room without holes, trust me.
