Our first B&B experience other than AirBnB. The hosts were very welcoming and provided a quick rundown on the apartment and some local info. Room was self contained, great layout and modern decor and remarkably private. We ventured to the local pub and restaurant and joined the locals for a trivia night. The sunrise was spectacular from our room. 10 out of 10

Joan & John are great host. The location is exceptional, with many attractions just a short drive away. Super cozy and just infront of the ocean. Couldn't recommend it enough!

"Wonderful stay in the stunning Catlins"

loved it all ... beautifull kept property in a stunning setting, our room was spotless & lacked for nothing and the little touches to detail were lovely We stayed two nights and were very spoilt with a delicious breakfast each morning and the sea view right in front of you, if we come back to the Catlins, Molyneux House is where we would stay
