Alex couldn't do enough for us, especially as we arrived early in pouring rain,,, wonderful quirky rooms,,, beautifully served breakfast,gluten free items for our granddaughter,,,,a taste of truly old world etiquette .A lovely stay for our daughters graduation.

Beds a little squishy for our taste,,,,but then we have very firm mattresses at home

Excellent breakfast. Our host was very friendly and welcoming. The bed was very comfortable. We liked the antique furniture and enjoyed our stay. The location is fantastic.

L’emplacement, 10mn à pied du centre .La voiture n’à pas servi, même pour aller à Londres en train, la gare n’est pas loin. Et Londres à 50mn.. Les petits déjeuners copieux servis dans un cadre très vieille Angleterre ,on adore.. Et surtout l’accueil du maître de maison, aux petits soins et très bon conseils.

Pas grand chose ,même si la salle de bain est partagée, cela s’est bien passé .

Such a friendly host and a great breakfast in a museum-like room, it was really a great experience. Very quiet surroundings and great bed aswell.

Everything was just right. Alex was very hospitable and all was provided for my overnight stay.

Forget the ordinary and experience something extraordinary. Atmosphere, furnishing, host. Awesome place to stay at. Do read the description about the shared bathroom but who in their righteous mind would come to spend time on the white porcelain in a city like Winchester?
