"Lovely little stay, close to Alton Towers."

Really nice owners and great finishing touches, like the board games. The breakfast was delicious and our children loved the pancakes!

"Best B and B"

Everything fantastic. The owners could not do enough to welcome us and we had a lovely stay. A short walk to the pub to watch the rugby, dinner in the annexe and a delicious, hand delivered, breakfast. x

"A Home From Home, not like staying at a hotel felt more like staying at your favorite Aunt & Uncles."

Breakfast - Excellent, fresh local produce, a pot of tea (miss that) - all you wanted. Location - Perfect, beautiful, quiet - all you could want. Room - Home from Home with all you need and a few extra touches lots of other hotels don't do anymore (to be honest too many to mention) & the dog is just a joy & makes you feel like he knows you. Anyone who posts a bad review for the Dove doesn't know what they are on about

I don’t normally leave reviews but felt compelled to after experiencing how wonderful these hosts are. They couldn’t have done more for us. The family cabin was perfect and the board games and kids books available were a wonderful touch. The breakfast was fantastic too. We stayed as we visited CBeebies Land and The Polar Express and the location was perfect for both!

Wonderful, comfortable luxury lodge - very clean and had everything we needed. We even had a delicious breakfast delivered to us at the timing of our choosing.

"A relaxing stay, friendly hosts, stunning countryside."

Lovely rural location - perfect for a relaxing countryside break. Also handy for Alton Towers I understand. The hosts were incredibly friendly and helpful, and we enjoyed a good English breakfast.

All good. One minor point - if travelling in the dark read location instructions closely as my Sat Nav didn't take us to the location.

I booked to stay here with my friend so we could go to Alton Towers the next day and it is in such a beautiful location. The hosts were absolutely lovely and so welcoming and the breakfast in the morning was beautiful. What a wonderful place to stay. The hosts also left us a list of places near by to eat and we went to the Chinese restaurant in town which was amazing. 10/10 would recommend x
