Tom and Melanie were the perfect hosts and presented a very clean and quiet property. We were very fortunate to have a room with sea views and the vista was amazing. They were only to willing to answer our many questions about places to visit and could not do enough for us. I would highly recommend a stay at Royal Penzance, you won't be disappointed.

"A pleasant stay with plenty of walks and bus journeys around the area."

The bus & train stations were only a few minutes walk away. The room was large and comfortable with a sea view. Every day the tea & coffee supplies were replenished and room serviced. We really enjoyed the breakfast, in particular the fresh fruit salad bowl. Both hosts were very friendly and informative.

There wasn't anything we didn't like. On the last day the internet wasn't working but that didn't matter to us.

We found the whole experience exceptional from the parking facility - security- cleanliness-most friendly welcome-excellent breakfast-comfortable bed- very good bathroom facility- superb view from our room- dedicated owners.
