Comfy bed, lovely bathroom, friendly greeting from owner and his dog Nero. Lovely location outside town with some farm animals

Brilliant stay, Everything we could ever need was provided including an unexpected breakfast. Been in NZ for 2 weeks and first time we were able to see the night sky. lots of stars, quiet location and no external light for miles

Very comfortable bed and quality linen. Impressive bathroom with great shower pressure. Hosts provided everything you could possibly need in the room plus homemade fruit preserve and yoghurt in the fridge. What a treat! Nice decor, and well-placed furniture. Quiet and relaxing, with a very warm welcome from hosts and Nero, their dog. My dogs were welcomed, and hopefully, we will be accepted again in future.

Awesome & luxurious B&B in a lovely rural setting with a great selection for breakfast (even though we did not get to make the most of it). We will keep this on our list for another stay!

In the country and quiet

Ra-ata Farm is an absolute gem! We only wished we had more time there. There were so many lovely and thoughtful little touches, from lovely shower gel and shampoo to a variety of coffees to accompany the provided continental breakfast. The bed and pillows were soo comfortable and the room lovely and dark,Thanks to good blackout curtains, which helped us in getting the best sleep we had enjoyed since leaving home.

Breakfast was OK. Interesting though, as we had 2 breakfasts off site. Had we have had those two extra breakfasts on site some provisions would have run short.

'Property was advertised as "One bedroom suite" which I interpreted to have a separate bedroom, when in fact it was a 1 bedroom studio. Property was advertised as having a sofa, when there was not one. Just 2 chairs which were not the most comfortable.
