"Highly recommended for privacy and relaxation and value for money."

Highly recommended for comfort and value for money. Bathroom particularly luxurious. Location rural and very peaceful. There is a microwave in the unit and I suggest bringing something basic for tea as once you arrive here you will be disinclined to drive 10-15 mins back into Rangiora for food. Lovely dog was a bonus

A bit challenging to find with Google maps but well worth it.

"Restful night’s sleep in a lovely rural setting"

Perfect little studio in an idyllic setting. Host Rose was lovely and welcoming (Nero the dog is also lovely). The studio had everything we needed, and we had a restful night’s sleep.

"Super Quaint Homestay"

Super accommodation, fully stocked, extremely clean & very comfy bed & pillows. Quiet picturesque location with surrounding countryside and Llamas! Breakfast was left in the room, cereal, yoghurt, toast & fruit, quite delicious. We had booked anticipating crossing the Arthurs Pass the following day but due to road closures, we re-routed down the coastal road. The location of Ra-ata made this an easy decision. A great stay and would definitely recommend.
