Non ho usufruito della camera , in quanto trovata in condizioni pessime , sporchissima , inabitabile . Ho dovuto provvedere a cercare un altro posto in cui alloggiare

Dirty, filthy and very worn down. Inventory falling apart, including bathrooms. Classic cockroach candidate. From day two on I had no working key or passcode to enter the building and no help by the operator. So I fled and changed accomodation

Fabio was very helpful indeed after it became clear that we could not stay in the accommodation

The only way to access the accommodation is by making a telephone call from our phone. As (bad) luck would have it, neither of our two phones was working on the networks available. We were lucky enough to be able to contact Booking.com by email, because the cafe underneath the accommodation has wifi. The situation was stressful and we were very grateful to be rescued by Fabio. Because of the entry problems we would not book here again.

Posizione centrale verso Ortigia, il palazzo storico ha il suo fascino. Prezzo buonissimo. Indicazioni per l'accesso comode e funzionali.
