Good location, not far from the city center. Bedroom very clean, quite and well equipped. Staff very nice and available to meet my needs.

"The small room made sense for our one night stay and we could comfortably explore Ortigia."

The location is truly excellent, you are 10 minutes walk from every attraction in Ortigia, and even close to the mainland. A quick walk will get you to the train station, the beachfront, etc...

When booking the small room, do not underestimate- it is small! Using the bathroom was challenging, without getting into details. I believe anyone above 160 cm in height would face the issue, so it's something to consider. Overall, the room is dated and could use a facelift, and like we faced with other places in Syracuse- the bathroom has its own smell, like in other old buildings.

Super convenient location! We could walk everywhere.

More blankets on the bed would have been nice. We only happened to find a thin comforter in the closet, otherwise we only had a sheet. It was also a bit strange an eerie that we didn’t meet any staff once. No one checked us in or out. Everything was virtual.

The building was hiper noisy. We couldn't sleep from 5. am due to some renovations.
