Central location, with vouchers for breakfast in the Piazza Archimede with its beautiful fountain. Very spacious and comfortable communal areas. Balconies overlooking city outside every room. Rooms kept immaculate every day by Antoniella. Excellent showers.

In the mezzanine room, the cherry coloured wall needs repainting. And a bannister on the stairs to the upper area would have been helpful. Also some problem with hot tap. Very low pressure, and if you tried to turn it up, there was a danger of the tap coming off! A warning notice above the sink would have solved the problem.

Location of the apartment is great. In the middle of the old city. There are shops, restaurants and coffee shops close to the apartment. There is elevator in the building

Living room and the kitchen are shared. Is not the problem but maybe is nice to be written in the description.

We reached out to the host because we had booked this place based on the fact that it had air conditioning. However, there was no air conditioning remote in the room and the host told us that the maid must have taken it and to open the windows. He did not offer to get us air conditioning in any way. However, a member in our party has severe allergies and so we were unable to open the windows. We pay a premium for air conditioning; however, this place had a false advertisement for the accommodation. Further, we moved spare mattresses he had stored in our room over the windows because the noise on the streets was loud and the curtains allow too much sun in. However, when we checked out, he sent us a picture of it and asked what this was. We explained ourselves and he said he knew what it was. Further, we complained to Booking.com about our experience and they reached out to the host and the host lied and said that we opened the windows on a rainy day. This was far from the truth as we have documentation that told us to open the windows, even though we did not due to allergies, and that the day was very sunny and no rain had occurred. I would not recommend this B&B unless you want an unhelpful host, noisy apartment, and false representation of what you are paying for.

The place is super big and the view from the terraza is amazing. The bed was big ans confortable.

The noise on the street from people late at night or the garbage truck. The shower was a bit complicated to understand cause it is an hidromasaje a bit broken.

Friendly and helpful host. Excellent location. The historical center is just around the corner and there is a variety of cafes and supermarkets available within a few meters from the facility. The host himself was not on the premises, but it was really easy to get to the room with communication over WhatsApp. A lift is available. It also feels really safe as a combination of security codes and physical keys over 3 doors is required to enter the apartment.

While it was not really a problem for us, mind that the street below the room can be quite noisy.

There was no kettle in room to make tea and we were asked no to use kitchen except fridge and microwave. It would be really useful if each room had kettle with few tea bags or at least if there was a kettle and mugs to be used in common area.

Location is perfect.

Tea and coffee making could be provided, however, this is not important, it would just be a nice touch.
